Tonight was unusually interesting Thursday night. Just got back from the launch party of the Toronto Frugal Fashion Week 2010
The party by the name of “WhoWhatWEARWhenWhy!” took place at “Nyood” (Upstairs Lounge, West 1096 Queen St. West) was very casual and nicely organized with fashion show, featuring six local young designers and music provided by 3 guest DJs.
Featured designers included collections from Another Word For Pink, Patricia O'Connor, Our Lady, Yvette Le Roy, Faren and Decadent Designs
Proceeds from Frugal Fashion Week/WhoWhatWEARWhenWhy go to Windfall, Canada's only new clothing bank, which distributes donations of new clothing and other basic-needs items through partnerships with over 90 social service agencies in the Toronto Area.
Stylish Girl and Cool Guy want to take place and contribute to this cause and make friends amongst the young designers and the organizers of the event.
